Confirmed Service Customer
Called service to find out about the trouble with my corvette transmission. They told me that I had to make an appointment to have it checked out. After I paid 166.00 they said that there was a service bulletin on that transmission and the fluid had to be changed. Checking into this problem I found out this was a known problem. They knew what the problem was when I called and should of told me then that the fluid needed changed and not charged me to have it checked out.
