Confirmed Service Customer
I had a 10:30 appointment. They did not take my car back until 11:10, and car not back until almost 12:15. During my long wait I had a guy come to me to ask me if I was concerned about the store sensor light being on. I was dumbfounded and said I did not have any sensor lights on when I brought it in. He said is your name Elaine? I said no it is not and he said ok sorry. When he did finally come in to get me to tell me my car was done he walked me to the cashier and told me that they did a 20 point inspection on my car and that everything was good, brakes, tires etc. I said do I have the paperwork and he said yes right here. He gives the paper to the cashier and I paid her. When I got home I looked at it and all he gave me was the bill. There was no inspection report. This is the 3 rd straight time I have brought my car for service and have not received that report. As a single woman I want that report so that I can compare from time to time as to how my tires and brakes are wearing and for planning purposes for future needs. This will be the last time I bring my car here for service. I sent an email to Chelsea to see if someone could contact me but have never heard back. Mr Lavery has treated me well in the past and I love the equinox that I am driving but the service is just not there unfortunately.
