Confirmed Service Customer
This entire interaction started in July of 2023. A part was initially ordered, but no one contacted me when it came in. The part was sent back. When I called them about it in October, I was told that the part would need to be ordered again. I was finally contacted on 1/26/24, and got the part replaced on 2/1/24. There were no issues with the service.
