Had appointment for oil change and to fix my squeaky seat. My car has 5k miles in it. Seat shouldn���t squeak! Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and they still never addressed seat issue. I was told they���d have to tear my seat apart to find issue and it would be another hour.I rescheduled. I told service person to just order me a new seat. He said it doesn���t work that way with GM. I find it ridiculous that one, 2.5 hours for oil change and maintenance and two, they have to tear my brand new car seat apart? I���ve never complained on a survey, but this last visit was not acceptable. I now have to come back and wait, who knows how long, to have my brand new seat taken apart.
