Confirmed Service Customer
My truck has been in 4 times in 4 months. The first time was for an oxygen sensor that the team stripped out of the cat and it turned into a new cat and 3 new sensors on me. I took it home and it showed a cylinder 3 code. I reset it but reading online it was from the cat work and not being reset. Then it needed a cyl 2 glow plug that the team first said I had to pay for it. The vehicle has been shuddering. The service group told me it needs a torque converter before the recall software. 2 weeks in the shop and another $3700 later it has that but you didn���t install the recall software. Your team told me to keep driving it at 149,000 because the recall will not be mileage limited. Stadium just told me they���ve had the software and the repair is only covered to 150,000 miles. I feel like trust has been lost.

I've been coming to laverys for well over 40 yrs my parents brothers too. We have always serviced our cars there an most came with them being sprayed off. I got my truck serviced an If I want a quick job I can have it done somewhere else. Its the small things an they asked me if the filter has been changed. What? U mean I'm taking my car there an u don't know. That service Saturday has me thinking it may be time to find a new dealership. I even had all the insurance work done there. Small things matter an if u don't know why should I bring it there when u have serviced it since I got it new. HOPEFULLY they will do better in the future.we have bought 2 brand new vehicles from there in the last year

The salesman Greg Gannie answered all of my questions and found me the car I wanted. I never was pressured and everything I needed to know regarding the purchase was explained to me. The inside of the car was a little different than I had in the older car, and I was shown where everything was and how to operate them. I had a good experience, and I recommend Lavery's.

Staff was friendly. Work was done well but they did not stick to quotes that I was given on my tires that they quoted me in writing three times they quoted me plus quoted me prior to doing the tires that day and it ended up being $200 more than the quote so they don't stick to their quotes. There was nothing extra done to the vehicle besides what the quote was so they don't stick to their quotes

The sales representative, Craig, is honestly the reason why we purchased the vehicle from the dealership as we were shopping around to other stores. He made this process so genuine and easy that no other competition on the market stood a chance against our decision to purchase at Lavery's. Craig took the time to go over everything with us and even stayed after hours to debrief over the vehicle due to my own personal work schedule and the dealership was nice enough to give me another car to drive until the car we ordered came in. I DEFINITELY will be purchasing my next vehicle at this location in the future! Bravo team!

I had a 10:30 appointment. They did not take my car back until 11:10, and car not back until almost 12:15. During my long wait I had a guy come to me to ask me if I was concerned about the store sensor light being on. I was dumbfounded and said I did not have any sensor lights on when I brought it in. He said is your name Elaine? I said no it is not and he said ok sorry. When he did finally come in to get me to tell me my car was done he walked me to the cashier and told me that they did a 20 point inspection on my car and that everything was good, brakes, tires etc. I said do I have the paperwork and he said yes right here. He gives the paper to the cashier and I paid her. When I got home I looked at it and all he gave me was the bill. There was no inspection report. This is the 3 rd straight time I have brought my car for service and have not received that report. As a single woman I want that report so that I can compare from time to time as to how my tires and brakes are wearing and for planning purposes for future needs. This will be the last time I bring my car here for service. I sent an email to Chelsea to see if someone could contact me but have never heard back. Mr Lavery has treated me well in the past and I love the equinox that I am driving but the service is just not there unfortunately.
